- Prepare of 2 bungkus laksa beras segera - di rendam di dlm air semalaman.

- Rendam laksa semalaman. Kemudian, rebus selama 3-4 minit. Toskan.
- Rebus ikan selayang bersama 3-4 keping asam gelugur. Asingkan isinya & blend dgn sedikit air. Blend jangan terlalu halus ye...
- Blend bawang merah & lada hitam.
- Panaskan santan dgn asam gelugur. Kemudian, masukkan bahan2 blend & ikan blend tadi. Kacau rata.
- Perasakan dgn garam. Kacau hingga mendidih & kuah pekat.
- Siapkan semua bahan2 ulam. Terlupa pulak nak snap gambar yg dah siap potong .
- Utk hidangkan, masukkan laksa ke dlm pinggan. Kemudian, tuang kuah, tabur ulam & letak cili kering blend & belacan. Perah limau. Belacan tu saya penyekkan dgn sedikit air supaya ia lembut. Jadi tak lah kita tergigit seketul belacan tu.
